Barahonas Moving provides professional moving services, including residential, commercial, and long-distance moving. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

• All bookings must be made in advance, and any last-minute changes are subject to availability.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the size and scope of the move.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services such as packing, unpacking, storage, or special item handling.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move.

• Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Liability & Damage Policy

• While we take great care in handling your belongings, Barahonas Moving is not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the customer.

• We recommend purchasing additional moving insurance for high-value items.

• Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the move.

4. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, Barahonas Moving will not transport:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, chemicals, flammable liquids)

• Perishable goods

• Illegal substances or stolen goods
